The international-Local  Joint Mission continued its observation to the proceedings of the electoral process in its second phase,  the final candidates lists will be announced today, it is also the beginning of the campaigning period in 102 constituencies of the second phase's 13 provinces, 2847 candidates competing in this phase, on 222  seats of individual system, as well as, 4 lists in Cairo, south and middle of Delta sector competing on 45 seats, and only  one list  in East of Delta constituency, this sector includes 15seats.
In this framework the Mission observed a state of racing among candidates to book  the places of campaigning to  declare  dates of conferences , the Mission also observed that lists and parties broadcasting  TV ads intensively, through this period with the increasing of calls  urging voters to participate in voting.
In this framework of its daily observation to the proceedings of the electoral process, the Mission observed in Gharbia province, Mansoura constituency  that, candidate Ashraf Mekawy organized a football course for the sons of Bark El Ez village, and named it the name of martyr" Eslam Efat" using the name of the martyr in his campaigning, he also distributed gifts on the players and ask them to vote for him.

In Sharkia province, Safy El Deen Motwaly candidate of the 7th constituency, in Abu Kabeer center, organized a conference with citizens in a guest house in Al Ghaba village, in the frame work of his electoral campaign, which  titled" Knocking on doors and correct concepts",  the conference included dissections about the upcoming parliamentary elections, presentation to his electoral platform, and some r intractable problems in the center, addition to the problem of unemployment in the center, and offer some solutions to create jobs if he wins the seat.

The Mission observed in Kafr El Sheikh, 5th constituency, Beila and Al Hamoul polise station, Misr Al Hadetha " Modern Egypt" party  organized a human chain in the western and eastern Magaz village, to support candidate "Mohammed Abdel Hakeem Hegazy" , the children wore pictures of the candidate and handed out campaigning cards for the candidate on the people of the constituency.

In Qaliubya, 7th constituency, Al Kanater Al Khayryah constituency,  Kafr Aleem, the campaign of the candidate "Hatem Abdel Hameed Abdel Hameed" hung electoral banners for the candidate above a mosque in the village.
